Sharpeners in Blade July 2003: out of these, which one?

There are some neat looking sharpeners in that article. If you had to choose from this group only, which one sounds like it's OK?

I still trust my faithful Norton India stone and Spyderco ceramic stone.

Beluga - Everyone has what they like. Post is, I guess, really about how to avoid getting a POS sharpener out of that specific crop of them.
