I have several old stones lying around but with my nice new knives i have decided to upgrade, especially know that i have a recurve, question is what sharpener to get - I have heard lots of praise for the Spyderco sharpener, however I have not been able to find one, I have discovered the Smith version, its got a couple of ceramic rods, a diamond sharpener, another bit and seems to fold up into a nice package - anyone used these, is one better than the other, advantahes/disadvantages, what do you guys and gals use?

I have a Sharpmaker... It is a GREAT kinda "travel" sharpener... and it is my only sharpener... if I was in the market, I might just double the money, and quintuple the usefulness and go for an EdgePro Apex.
