I'm having trouble sharpening my hissatsu from CRKT. I know I have to sharpen the entire face to maintain the look. Right now I'm using a rubbing/polishing stick faced with leather, rubbing lengthwise. I know this changes the scratch pattern on the straight portion of the knife. I would like to get some tips on how to polish/sharpen with the original pattern. I seem to be loosing the transition line at the point/straight edge. I dont mind a microbevel after polishing down the rest, since it will only show up as a very thin line. I have dulled it to the point that a barely noticable microbevel isnt really possible anymore. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
