I just picked up a Snody Boss and the edge needs some work it''s lightly dented and dull. I've never owned a blade with a one sided grind before so I'm not quite sure how to sharpen it. My guess is just sharpen the grind side and then maybe run both sides on a strop to get rid of the bur that will form on the other side? Any advice would be appreciated. I'm terrible at sharpening knives, I'm alright with a convex edge on sandpaper and using the sharpmaker when a blade has a 40 degree grind but other than that I'm pretty useless but im working on getting better.
