I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I was wondering if the spyderco sharp maker would be able to sharpen the scrapazachi. What do you guys recommend?

it will take forever but it will work. for an edge that long id get it to somebody with a belt sander or paper wheels. SR77 is very easy to reprofile though if you have the patience

I used my worksharp sharpener with the gaurd taken off to sharpen my waki, and khukris, it works good.

When I convexed my Rucki, it was actually easy to do with a mouse pas and 400 grit sandpaper to start.

Place the mouse pad on the edge of a table, make sure you have plenty of elbow room, and just sharpen it like you would a normal convex edge. After you get the motion down, it goes quick and you can move up to 600, 800, 1000, etc.

The guys at Scrap Yard will resharpen it for you. You just pay shipping. If you want to do it yourself then I would go with the mouse pad approach.

This guy has it right :)

Mousepad and sand paper is the way to go if you don't have paper wheels or a belt sander.

Do it yourself and save the money.
