I can not get a really sharp edge on the "concave" part of the blade. The irony is I made this knife but can not sharpen it properly. It can cut, but it's not really sharp :( You can see a pic of the knife here:

Using a bench stone I can sharpen drop points, wharnies, but with this one it's a mess.
I realize that the bevels form a quite big angle, but I have knives with even thicker edge that are really razorsharp (not sharpened by me though :))
What kind of system/technique should I use? I don't have a grinder, belt sander or wet weels. Any ideea would be really apreciated.

In general you have to keep the abrasive perpendicular to the edge to get a constant angle. With curves that are not that drastic this doesn't really matter because the effects are small anyway. However on that knife the curvature is so extensive that unless you do make an effort to work the stone (or whatever) perpendicular to the edge, you will be grinding a vastly more acute angle near the tops of the curve rather than in the middle where it is flatter.

The easiest way would be to just use a belt sander and work the blade, rotating it so as to keep the edge right directly across the belt. Hit it on a buffer then if you want to raise the polish. Or do the same thing on a set of buffing wheels to begin with, with the first one using a very abrasive compound. If you are working with a hone, then go section by section. You will want a fairly narrow hone. A DMT diafold would do, or a small one inch waterstone. A Sharpmaker would be an obvious choice as well.
