Sharpening and refurbishment?

Anyone know of someone or a company that will refurb a Cold Steel Ventura, CA Japan tanto for me?
The edge is pretty rough (chips, uneven previous sharpening etc) and not really something I'm capable of tackling myself.
Any suggestions are appreciated
