Sharpening angle for 3" XM

Hi guys,

I didn't want to mess up the factory edge put on Rick so I haven't sharpened my XM since I got it. However after struggling to cut through some pretty thin carboard this morning I realized I i've been putting it off for far to long now. I have a DMT magna guide kit, and have had some fairly decent success sharpening my sebenza on it. I was hoping someone with some experience with the DMT kit could give me some advice as to the set up I should use. If not, a reccomendation on the sharpening angle I should use would be great.

Both my 3 and 3.5" come in at 23 degrees ( per side ) on my wicked edge.

I have my Wicked Edge set at 18* per side, sure makes for a nice "Slicer" Spanto.

Thin down the edge! You will be thankful
