Moderators. I hope that I can post this here without violating any forum rules.
It is just a sharpening video that I came across on YouTube.
Please delete it (no hard feelings) if it shouldn't be here for any reason.
This is the sharpest knife that I personally have ever seen which you can see in the cutting demo at the very end of this video.
The brand of the knife is not important to the video.
So if you can make it all the way through the Video - you will be pretty doggone amazed at the sharpness of this mirror polished edge...that this person accomplished with his home made sharpening system.
I have never even seen a brand new razor blade that can compete with this edge.
I am building one of these sharpeners right now in my workshop...at least I am trying to and it's going fairly well.
If you can't make it all the way through the VID at least Fast Forward to the very end at 13:45 and comment as to if you have ever seen an edge that could do that to a hair.
