Sharpening Angles

Can anyone tell me the factory angles for the following knives.
Also, if anyone has experience changing those angles.

PM 2 and Military in 110
ZT 0562 CPM 20 CV
Crooked River Benchmade
Cold Steel Voyager

My PM2's was somewhere between 15 and 20 degree per side. Probably 17~18 because putting 15 degree edge did not widen the bevel too much.
