Ordered an with mini UDT with the Titanium Carbonitride (black) Blade Coating. Never had a black blade before. How do you keep them sharp without scrating the finish? I have the syderco sharpening but I would think when sharpening you would get off the edge a little?

I think the best thing to do is accept the fact that if you use it and sharpen it, the coating will get scratched, and removed at the edge ( if not already removed from factory sharpening ).
