What is the proper way to sharpen a convex edge? The method that I use, which seems to produce the finest edge, is to strop the edge on a soft arkansas stone followed by a hard arkansas stone. This gets the edge shaving sharp. But, i can't help but wonder if this is the correct means. On my other knives I use the traditional method of trying to slice off a thin piece of the stone, alternating sides. So, to sum up my post, what would be the correct way to sharpen a convex edge on a Blackjack knife?

(sorry for the rambling)
