Sharpening @ BLADE show

I have two knives I'm looking to get 'professionally' sharpened. I'm trying to get mirror polished edges put on them. Does anyone know if there is highly skilled quality sharpening going on at BLADE show?

Are the booths like wicked edge / edge pro only trying to sell their product?

Anybody know who should I go see?

Last year Burr King was there and were even generous enough to let Anthony Marfione use their equipment. Someone at that booth would probably be able to give you a "demonstration"

Clay Allison at the wicked edge booth sharpens knives for free. I'm not entirely sure what stones he uses, at the very least he'll probably have the diamond and ceramic sets, which I think go down to .6 micron (ceramic). I wouldn't expect to see the Chosera stones. Hope that helps!
