Good afternoon friends!
What better sharpener for Emerson Knives (especially Commander)?
Research found these two models seems to be the best.

1- The PG123 Diamond Sharpener
Catalog No: PG123 SKU: 8709600550
10 "x 3/4" x 3 Sides - Coarse (270), Medium (600) and Fine (1800) grits

2 Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker

I would appreciate the opinion of lords.

For quick touch-ups i find the spyderco beats most. For reprofiling i like my wicked edge and diamonds, but its still not quick or simple until i reprofile the blade so the edge is the same angle not various slightly different angles as the knifemaker/sharpeners hand moved when doing.

I use loaded strops for the most part, especially on my recurved Emersons. I also have a Spyderco Profile set that I bought years ago as a travel sharpener. The Profile rods and a Brommeland loaded strop block are easy to pack and work well enough to be the only sharpeners you need for an Emerson.

Cardboard strop and leather loaded stop for honing and upkeep. Sharp maker for actual sharpening. If you keep it stopped, you won't have to take it to stone for a long time.

Sharp maker with ultra fine rods and leather home made strop with green compound. Sharpest knife I have ever had really like the steel to sharpen. Holds an edge pretty good and really easy to get razor sharp quickly.
