I have a question for everyone. I collect and make knives, and never have had any experience sharpening a convex edge. I recently purchased a knifeware kampr and need to find the best way to sharpen it. I know from the edge geometry that if I sharpen it the same way as my other knives I'll ruin the convex edge. Would stropping it on a stone, and, or leather work well??
