I was sharpening my dad's Junkyard Dog II on the sharpmaker and I somehow managed to roll the edge over to the left side. I've been trying to work it off for quite a while now and it won't seem to go away. I hope you guys know what I'm talking about when I say I rolled the edge to one side. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong so if someone could help me out it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try coloring the edge with a sharpie to see where you are hitting the edge.

Could it be that the bevel is uneven and doesn't have the same angle on both sides, so you're only hitting the edge on one side?

I might not understand exactly what your meaning, but try to go "down" a rod from the one you are currently using, if that doesn't work try using the 40 degree back bevel slots and then go back to the 30 degree and see if that works.
