Sharpening emersons with a spyderco sharpmaker.

Does anybody sharpen there emersons with a spyderco sharpmaker? I just purchased one and love how easy it is to sharpen all my knives even my combat kbit. Just wanted to see who else sharpens emersons with this sharpener.
 
I do occasionally, but I also use a Sharpie to mark the edge and make sure I have the angle right.
 
Yep, sharpie and the SM.
Perfect. I only had to sharpen my knife once since I got it this past month. Mine happens to have a 15 degree grind. So I just use the back bevel setting. Really easy to keep up. Another sharpening or two and the factory grinds will disappear.
 
yes, but i have to angle it very far to hit the edge. sharpie idea is the best way to be sure.....
 
I use a Lansky system, but I occasionally use ceramic rods for touch up. But I strop about every day so sharpening doesn't come that often.
 
I have used the spyderco with no problems. It's a great, easy way to sharpen any knife. I do what to try the lanky system though
