Is it possible to sharpen a full flat grind knife like Esee 4 with Lansky, it looks like there is no way to adjust clamps to hold the blade steady. I am thinking about buying Esee 4 and Becker bk9 and i'd like to know if Lansky is worth buying with them. Do you recommend any other sharpening systems i could use with those two knives?

Yes there is you know the longer bolts in the lansky kit? If you onstall them, it will give you enough clearance to make a "wedge" and it will clamp it perfectly :)

Thanks! So i'll buy lansky. The kit contains coarse hone, medium hone, fine hone, ultra fine hone and medium serrated hone, are there any other hones i should get?

Start with those and gain experience before getting more, if you need them.
It also depends on the knife steel. The "super" steels are more easily sharpened with the diamond hones.
Perhaps the ceramic hones which do a great job polishing the finished edge.

I have all the "standard" hones plus the medium and fine diamond hones and the yellow and blue body ceramic hones. They all work great and in my opinion is a great sharpening system.
I use them on knives with 440 steel and up to and including Elmax and they work great.

I also suggest getting/making a strop to "finish" the edge.
