Sharpening / Honing

So I'm enjoying my Twitch II Tanto, and I'm rather impressed with how sharp it is. So I'm looking for advice on how to keep it as sharp as it came from the factory. I'm bad about waiting too long to sharpen knives... how often should this be done? Can I just run it through my Wusthof sharpener's ceramic rods?

That's a common question that can be answered with a forum search. Or you can search the entire BBS and get all kinds of answers. Basically, you can sharpen your knife with the tools that work best for you.
