Sharpening knife to factory standards.

I sharpened my Delica with the UF rods to a mirror shine today. It seems it is slipping when cutting some materials. It no longer has the bite. The edge had very small microserrations when new, it doesnt anymore. It cuts paper and soft materials fine. How can i sharpen it back to factory standards. I just want to sharpen it so it grabs the material it is cutting.
 
Don't use the UF rods on knives you want to keep their 'bite' but rather on knives you want to do lots of pushcutting with.

Just rough up the edge slightly on the medium rods and you'll have the bite back in no time at all.
