So far my Manix 2 in Maxamet has blown me away in edge retention. Today I went to touch up the edge with 600 grit on my 1 inch belt sander.
It's weird......I can get it to shave hair......but it dosent have that micro toothy edge that I get with the same grit on s110v, s30v, SR101, INFI and everything else I sharpen.
It's sharp......but feels dull???
Anyone have any experience sharpening Maxamet?
