heya all, ive got a quick ?.
i would guess that i am not that good of a knife sharpener, by this question...........does anybody else use different methods to sharpen different blades?
like as in i use the regular bench stones for some of my thicker knives, such as the cs masterhunter, which btw came almost embarresingly dull from the factory, and my becker necker.
but my crock sticks and the sharpmaker gets my endura and rittergrip scary sharp, but will do nothing for those other two, even after thinning the edge on them.
what is not pictured is the mousepad and sandpaper, yea i use them too lol.
thicker blades = bench stone and sandpaper.
thinner blades = ceramic type sticks.
anybody else do this or am i just inept at sharpening?
