Just got a SH II. Where do I go to learn what sharpener to use and how to properly sharpen it?

Team Busse recomends using a ceramic rod. If you do a search of this forum you will find posts detailing different methods and products that people use to sharpen there Busse. If you email me with your address, I will mail you out the factory sharpening guide. Andrew
Mostly all you have to do is strop it on the flat side on a ceramic stic. Go to the busse website and find the V sharpener in the picture in the "Knife Show" and then click on the little sharpener. It will show you how.
