just about ready to purchase benchmade 710 tonight, but only thing holding me back is the re-curve portion on the blade. Currently have an edge pro i use on all my knives, would the edge pro do a good job of hitting the re-curve portion on the blade? Have seen numerous people state the re-curve is a pain to sharpen, but are they referring to hand sharpening? I'm sure the 1/2" edge pro stones would do the trick but would rather not buy more stones just for one knife

The stock stones should be fine, I sharpen mine with DMT stones that are about 7/8 wide. The recurve isn't that extreme.

Not a problem with my Lansky. Not sure how wide the stones are, but as long as you have some fore/aft movement on your strokes, shouldn't pose too much a problem. I am a big fan of using magnification to look at the edge up close periodically as I sharpen, especially if resetting the edge.

The BM-710 is my EDC. I have no problem sharpening it on my EdgePro using stock-size stones.
It's a great knife and a great sharpening system!
