Sharpening rod that will fit in Mountaineer I?

Any good recs for a sharpening rod that will fit in the handle of a Mountaineer I? I also need room for some matches.

How big is the hole ? I have an old Eze-Lap diamond rod , 4 1/8" x3/8" ,opens like a pen .Check www.eze-lap.com .

I cant take credit for this idea though. PiterM has a brilliant thread here somewhere on how to make one of these fit in a piece of wood and act as a regular sharpener. These fit very well in the handle. I've been meaning to get one myself. Wrap it in a piece of paracord with the guts pulled out to protect it, like a mini sheath for it.

you can use a womens nail file, differents grits on each side for light repair. I generally carry a leatherman wave, and use the file if needed.
