I saw a company on here a long time back that sharpened knives with great results. Can someone steer me to their link or tell me the company name so I can do a search for them? Does anyone use this company? What kind of results did you get. Were you satisfied with your edges afterwards. My knives are mostly D-2, but I have them in BG-42 and ausa 8.
I have had an edge-pro in the past. I now own the sharp maker. I have practiced on many many kitchen knives to get the hang of things: Watched the tape that came with my sharp maker a few times and do the black marker on the cuttting edge. I am also holding the knife the way the sharpmaker tape tells me to. I clean my rods with comet after every few knives are done. I am just not getting the results I want.
