I will be going to Ontario for over a month. Any local sharpeners there? Any cool knife stores I should check? I might cross post this in General.

Not too many in Southern Ontario, but I've dealt with these 2:
S&R Knives in Etobicoke (part of Toronto). http://www.srknives.com
- great prices and large inventory
On the Edge Collectable Art & Cutlery in Ingersoll. http://www.on-the-edge.ca
- high prices but very knowledgeable and helpful, good inventory.
I'm 20 minutes close to Ingersoll, and close to the highway. I've been known to sharpen a blade or 2, if one doesn't mind a cold beer and the mess in my workshop...
