Sharpening skeletool CX? 154CM

My skeletool CX got a bit dull and I'd like to sharpen it.
If I go to a standard maintenance guy around the city he will just use this and it doesn't seem like a good idea.
So most probably I will need to buy a sharpening stone, any idea what is the best option for skeletool CX's 154CM blade?

I found 2 affordable combos:
100+240
1000+3000
Any of these good? The numbers are so different it confused me.

A (JIS)1000 grit Japanese water stone will take care if that. Note that there are different standards for grit numbers. Check one of the last pages of the sticky "unified grit chart" thread for the latest table of grits.

If you want simple, it doesn't get any simpler than a Norton India stone. I used one to sharpen one of my Leathermen that had a 154CM blade.
