Sharpening spyderco hawkbill blades with SE

How do you guys do it? I am a total noob with sharpening, and this harpy i got from the bay is starting to get dull. send it to spyderco? or try it myself on the spyderco sharpmaker. if so any good tips? thanks!

Very doable.... Watch the sharpmaker tutorial and it will show you. I sharpen my Tasman Salt on my sharpmaker it it's really pretty easy

Agreed, Sharpmaker is the way to go. I sharpen both sides, use very light pressure against the rods and alternate pushing and pulling strokes to make sure I'm hitting all parts of the serrations. I've been doing it that way for years and the teeth still have their shape and sharp points.

sounds good! bought the ol sharpmaker but still havent cracked it out of the packaging yet. gotta keep the ole hannibal sharp!
