Sharpening Spyderedge on the 204?

I've been trying to restore the Spyderedge on my Delica back to 'out of the box' sharpness. Ever since I cut some tar paper with it last week, the sharpness between serrations is not as hair popping as it was before. I used to be able to slice paper with no effort with the upper curves of the serrations(who needs a paper shredder?), but now they are rather dull. Dragging instead of cutting.

I've thought about sending it back to the factory for the complimentary sharpening, but I'd like to try and resolve the problem at home with my 204. I've ran the edge over the coarse stones a few times and very lightly as to not distort the appearance of the serrations, and then followed up with the fine stones. I guess that I'll keep up the light strokes on the fine stones, it seems to be working...although rather slowly.

Does anyone have any other tips on sharpening that Spyderedge?

use the tip, run it more than 30 strokes, then strop the back of the serrations with a single stroke.. Works for me! :D
