Hi Folks-
As a woodworker, I went down the rabbit hole of sharpening stones. I have built a large collection of stones, maybe 40 or so, and many rare (collector grade) and valuable from around the world. Now, I am looking for a solution to storage, but with easy access and compact size. Anybody create this issue for themselves, and how did you solve?

You might consider something like "Stalwart 41 Compartment Hardware Storage Box". Amazon has many similar items, and Walmart has exactly this one (per their website, anyway).

Good luck.

As a total amateur woodworker, I keep my meager collection of stones in the bottom drawer of the tool chest, which holds my woodworking tools. But if I had a large collection of stones, I'm pretty sure I'd have to make a custom cabinet just to hold them. :)

Build some wooden display shelves, or fab some out of aluminum or sheet brass to extend your horizons.
