Sharpening stones

I have no problems sharpening ATS-34 and 154-CM on regular stones, as long as I don't need to reprofile. I haven't used the Gatco system, but the stones are pretty much the same as any other stones of the same material.
If you just want to maintain an edge, then the regular stones should be fine.
