what kind of supplies are you wanting?

Leevalley.com is a Canadian site.

I like to order from ChefKnivesToGo the most, followed by Sharpeningsupplies.com and woodcraft.com

knifeworks.com has good prices on DMT diamond plates.
chefknivestogo.com has a crazy selection of waterstones. There was some talk a while back that they have the largest selection of waterstones online, though I'm not sure if that's true. You can get most of the Nubatama stones there, and all the rest from Ken Schwartz directly as he's the importer.
I haven't used sharpeningsupplies.com yet, but they have a pretty good selection.
amazon.com has good prices on loupes and stone holders (the ones with rubber ends and the threaded rods running through them). Oh and they have the worksharp Ken Onion too.

I use mostly chefknives to go, but the shipping and brokerage fee's to get to Canada kind of kill it a bit.

It would be helpful to know what specific types or brands of sharpening gear you're looking for. If that's known, you could also contact the manufacturers and ask if/where they have retailers or shippers in Canada. In searching the web, I'm seeing some Canadian retailers, but I don't know if what they carry is what you're looking for.

A U.S. online retailer with a very good selection and fair pricing is knifecenter.com. They do ship internationally; I don't know if there'll be any significant advantage in shipping costs and other fees with them, if international shipping costs and/or tariffs & duties are the main sticking point.

ditto on the Lee Valley recommendation. Good company, are located in Canada and often run free shipping promotions.
