Hey guys. I'd like to invest in a new sharpening system. I don't need polished edges, just consistent edges and NO BURRS. Lol. I currently use a sharpmaker system for the last 17 years or so if I remember correctly. I like the guided systems. I can sharpen freehand and do so for kitchen knives, but otherwise prefer guided. What's out there that's worth the money? I carry pocket knives, s30v, s35vn, 154cm are most of my carry knives.

I second the TSProf it has to be the most durable system on the market and also has by far the most options and I really like it for the selection of clamp's they offer and how smoothly works.

The KME is a good system to but the 4 inch stones really suck and the same with stone selection for that system as well, and the rubber on the jaws always fall's off,the rubber pads came off on mine and everyone on facebook that I know that has one is always complaining it as well but if you ask Ron of KME they come off from time to time but it's not the big of problem and to that I say ya right.
