sharpening tanto tip

will the lansky sharpening kit work on a tanto tip? doesnt have that natural curve that most blades do, straight all the way out then angles to the tip.

Its on sharpening chisel grinds, but the tanto point info is applicable. I think it would be fine with the lansky if, after sharpening the main edge, you re-positioned the clamp so that the second edge (point edge, what would you call this?) was perpindicular to the stone.

The point-edge would be, in this case, the "tanto" edge.

I sharpen my Tanto folder in two increments. First, the straight edge. then I do the short Tanto edge. Treat each edge as if it's two seperate knives.
