Sharpening the Convex Side

I just saw this post in the KR&T forum:

Cliff's got a great new sharpening method that is especially good for sharpening convex edges. It sounds fairly fool-proof, and at low grits is a great way to reprofile edges. I am going to buy some belts and try it
