Sharpening the Kukri

How do I get razor sharp edge on kukri. I have a pretty large collection; starting from 10" to 30". Looking to the unique shape of the edge, stone doesn't work, will only file give razor sharp edge?:jerkit:

Most khukuris are sharpened freehand with handstones, they are typically far too large to use on most clamp or rod systems. There are lots of guys in the HI forum who discuss their methods in great detail.
