So i'm reprofiling my OKC RAT 1 and one side took the angle just fine but the other one isnt doing much my stones are clean and are not glazed over. What should I do.

Are you using sharpie? Or an Angle cube on each side? Which guided system?

If it's a kme or another clamp style the Rat knives are not flat and when you clamp it into the guide it won't have the same angle on each side when you flip it. So you may have an issue when you goto one side or the other. Just a guess as to what's happening but I dunno.
Is it d2 or Aus8? Diamond stones?

Lanskys are touchy with their clamps. They need to be set up the same every time and if the spine of the knife doesn’t have parallel flats it can be difficult to insure it grabs the same angle each time.

Just get a cheap stone and reprofile the knife first then sharpen it.Most knives come way too thick from factory and are made from thicker stock than they should and with obtuse geometries.

Which system?
Most likely the factory edge bevels are uneven.
My Rat 1 also had uneven bevels. In fact, I think that the primary grind was steeper on one side because when I reprofiled it with my KME the bevel width was much wider on one side even though the knife was clamped. Looking at the area where the ricasso meets the sharpening choil confirmed that for me -- it's apparent that one side was favored when grinding.

How did you fix it

You can grind the narrower side until the width matches with that of the wider side.
Of course the edge is going to be a bit off center as the result.

How did you fix it
Short of having a re-grind done by someone, which doesn't seem worth it given the low price of the knife, there isn't any way for me to fix that. I've just accepted that my bevel width is going to be uneven, despite the fact that it is measured at exactly 17 DPS. It's a user knife, so beauty and evenness isn't a huge concern for me on this one.
