i currently have the razorsharp system and i am very happy with it, unfortunatly with the amount of knives i have reconditiong the wheels becomes a P.I.T.A., does anyone know of a stone wheel that has a grit of 220 or more? one of my friends dads who use to sharpen knives had a white colored wheel that kind of felt rubbery it did an excellent job of sharpening knives without overheating the blade. would anyone kniw where i can find something of this nature? any info would be appreciated. thanks
