Sharpest.

What is your sharpest knife out of the box? I have quite a few from top high end to GANZO and I am most impressed with my SOG flash 2. I have other knives with better steel like the ZT0560 or my Sebenza 21 large and I do not think that the outdo the sog in sharpness. Slicing with the full flat grind is just amazing.
