Sharpmaker 204 - buy with video or not?

Apparently, my local shop sells the model 204 Sharpmaker kit with OR without the instructional video...I should buy the one with the video, shouldn't I?

I seem to recall hearing here awhile back that Sal is the one who made the video?

Jeff, I don't know the price difference, but I would get the video. While actually using the sharpener isn't difficult, you get a chance to see Sal's technique. That helped me put an excellent edge on my Harpy.

Get the video. It's worth the price of admission just to see Sal "strut his stuff".

We see a clip of Sal using a Pro Culinare to slice free hanging paper in an 'S' shape. Well a couple of seconds of it as part of the teaser at the very beginning. I wanted to see more of that! I know I am a sad git

I think Sal also cuts a circle out of free hanging paper. Super neat. Might be the same clip you're talking about...
