Sharpmaker MF204 Video (AGAIN... :( )

Hi Sal/Michelle,
Beth has indicated in an EMAIL to me (dated 19 October 1999) that I should receive my SharpMaker MF204 videos (2 off) any time around that time. I've bought the 2 SharpMakers in early August or late July (if I remember correctly) and I've sent the cards in pronto...

What is the delay? Anyone else have this problem?

I'd like to see for myself the acting ability of the Spyderco crew and SpyderMan

himself, which is normally overshadowed by all the other good qualities...

BTW, I've shown the SpyderRench around during our local SHOT show in South Africa this weekend. It was QUITE a conversation starter! Congrats on an EXCELLENT piece of work Sal!!!! Boy, did the guys drool!!!!!

I also purchased my Sharpmaker in the July timeframe and still awaiting the video.

Is there any way to check on the status of this item?

Hello. Well I spoke with Angela who is handling this project and she said that all of the videos have been sent out for cards received.

Heyns, I spoke with our crew member who is in charge of fulfilling the requests and she informed me that she did have one card she had received from South Africa recently but she was unable to read any of the information. I'm not sure if it is your's but E-Mail us your information and we'll get the videos out to you.

Dalerich, E-Mail us your information as well and we will go ahead and get one out to you.

PRN, yes all of the 204MF, Triangle Sharpmakers that are shipping include a video. We shipped a small amount in the first month with the cards but since they have been included.
