sharpmaker stone question

i notice that you can purchase different stones for the sharpmaker. i thought it came with all the stones(diamond and ceramic?), what is the difference in stones that are sold seperately?

It comes with fine and medium ceramic stones. The ultrafine and diamond rods are purchased separately.
