Sharpmaker Video

Has anyone else been waiting more than 10-12 weeks for their Sharpmaker 204 video? I returned the warranty card around 10 July and have not received the video yet (19-1/2 weeks now). I emailed Spyderco customer service Sunday (21 Nov), but have yet to receive a response.

Try and give em a call, I bought mine three weeks ago and when I got it home I saw that I had a bent white rod, so I called about it, and while on the phone she took my name etc, for the video info and I received it about 8-10 days later! I never even had to mail the card....Now receiving my replacement rod is another story...still looking for that!
