Does anyone know if the Sharpmaker video is currently, or will be, available on DVD?
 
I can't wait to see the DVD extras, blooper reel, alternate endings, director's commentary... :D

wowzers! Thanks!! I await this eagerly as I have been unable to watch the video due to lack of a VCR :(
 
I can't wait for a downloadable Divx :)
as I didn't get the VHS when I received my 204! :(
 
A downloadable divx would've been awesome. :)
I did receive a tape, but watching it would include getting hold of a VCR that can screen US-format video tapes over here in Europe. So it's not like I will be getting much use of my tape...
Guess a DVD I can buy from the States would be the next best thing though!
 
i could probably whip up a divx/svcd. beats the heck outta tape! think i'll give it a shot tonite.

i finished a nice SVCD of the video, but i'm not sure about releasing it. after i got it done, i thought i might be a bit out of line giving it away. i mean, i suppose its really only useful to people who genuinely own the 204 but... i don't know.

i did have a nice time viewing the video again. any knife video is a good video.

Maybe an XviD version could be made available for download from the spyderco site? I too would like to see the video. I intend purchasing a 204 at some point but the fact it comes with a video at the moment puts me off too.

If a downloadable version were to be made available then I would happily buy a sharpmaker (with a video) immediately.
 
I also have a sharpmaker and no video. Of coarse mine is pretty old. Can you by the video separately?
