I know its fool proof but I want my knife sharper. How can I do it? Ive even been stropping and it dosent help. What is the best sharpner out there

Why do you think your knife is not sharp?
Are you doing wookworks? cooking food? Whittling hair?
Our suggestions could change depending on what you are wanting to do.
(For example, if you want a knife to slice through stuff, you'll need to reprofile your knife, and that's different from putting a screaming edge to whittle hair.)

Foolproof? Haha not really.
Once again, the best sharpener is you! The stones and knife are inanimate objects and therefore are not best at anything.
If you want a sharper knife then practice more and read in this section more, following the links in my Sig line and reading the stickies at the top of this sub forum would give you a BIG boost in knowledge.
