The hard thing there is skill to shave with a pointy knife and not poke yourself in the eye. Getting an S90V millie shaving sharp is not exceptionally hard, given the sharpening skills of a lot of people here.

Cool vid. I do this to test sharpness and have done it with M390, N690, ZDP189, CPM3V and 154CM. My favorite steel of the bunch is CPM3V. It shaves closest and most comfortable.
