I am looking for someone who can help me with Shaw Leibowitz knives. Inherited many of their knives and would like to find out more about them. Most of them say 163 of 300/

How much do you already know?
They were engravers, not knife makers.

Edited to add:
Further Googling says they used the lost wax method to make the shapes, then cast them onto an existing knife.

I know they were husband and wife and they etched their design into knives into the different manufactures knives.
