Dave, aka Mulder, aka Piglet  … has been kind enough to offer up his old school Badger in a pass-around.
Not just any Badger… an INFI SHBA with a SWEEEET Ducci handle mod.

Dave’s been particularly patient with me on this one… once she arrived,
my schedule went crazy, the rain went crazy, and finding time to play with
her was a challenge. He’s graciously given me the time to try out and enjoy
this great blade! Thanks Dave!

We’ve finally had some nice sunny weather and caught a break in my schedule,
so I decided to take her out for some fun. Made up a few tent stakes and some nice fire started material.

Handled the task with ease! This ThINFI Badger feels great in the hand…
at .235” thin, the blade is plenty thick for any tasks you could throw at her.
Plus the thicker, smooth hand shaped linen handles Ducci put on her, just gives her a nice solid, hefty feel!
The balance point is just behind the forward tube fastener, so she rocks right back into your hand.

Ducci’s fit and finish is really nice… great job!
He gave it a polished spine with a slight bevel down both sides of it.
Nice clean tip on her too. Nicely shaped slabs perfectly attached with no gaps and a nice smooth fit.
I’ll bet JuicyDucci loves good grinding like that! :p

Thanks again Dave… really cool of you to offer up such a rare and killer cool piece of old school! : cool:
I really appreciate all the time I had with her... you’ve got a great user here.
Great... now I want one. :grumpy:

Hope you all enjoy the pics!

Thanks for the kind words on the re-handle, I wish I had more time to them. I have a few "handle-less" blades on the bench now waiting to be completed. :D

Yeh, I handled that knife before it took the road trip... I must say also Ducci, great work and a nice complement to the BA. Does have a great feel don't it L-Foo?

Those look like all the knife one really needs. I wish I would've been around for those babies.
