Can anyone tell me what year and/or what production run this Shbm was from , the edge is asymmetric

It's one of the later, post 2000, due to the hollow fasteners. Somebody else will be by to give a more exact time period I'm betting.

I'm glad you enjoy your SHBM, because the originals are still some of my all-time favorite Busse knives. I like the grip style you have on yours - I find it very comfortable in my hand. You have a nice looking Mistress!

They have earned there spot as my favorite as well, I feel like nothing holds an edge like the old stuff, my shsh2 is my main user ATM , and this shbm feel so light and balanced in hand I'm itching to dig in with it .
